Every home buyer needs the property they are considering buying inspected by a professional home inspector. Most of the deficiency items I observe in an inspection are minor and the Seller is happy to have them corrected, but if the property has major problems, you might want to look elsewhere. My inspection will help you make that decision.

Inspections in other areas of North Carolina can usually be accommodated in two to three days.
